Associate Marketing Director

The Associate Marketing Director role is a key role in the strategy and business development side of Moffly Media. This person will provide strategic direction and create collateral materials that support the sales team while also collaborating on the creation of branded content and new business ideas. This role is also responsible for the creation and interpretation of media research and business analysis to create key points of differentiation for Moffly Media Brands.

Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

Supports: Sales


  • BA/BS degree required
  • 1-2 years of marketing or media experience; agency experience and/or digital media experience a plus


Successfully create sales materials and content-based programs in close partnership with Executive Management that leads to increased revenue opportunities for Moffly Media.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Marketing programs, and marketing and sales materials for traditional and digital media
  • Virtual Sales Assistant


  • Ability to share concepts and ideas; be client-facing as well as direct internal communications
  • Communicate a thorough knowledge of: marketing initiatives, market research techniques, brand strategy, future challenges and opportunities (evolving media landscape, economics, industry or competitive issues) that will influence the brand.
  • Develop and maintain client-valued relationships as a marketing strategist.
  • Direct the development of the Strategic Planning Process; help train others to sell the process to existing and prospective clients.
  • Direct the development of strategic proposal(s) for Moffly Media. Provide strategic recommendations to existing or prospective clients to include new customers/audiences, branded content, innovative programs, and market research.
  • Identify internal/external resources required to complete work.
  • Exhibit thorough knowledge of Moffly Media’s products and competitive landscape.

Provides the following levels of support:

  • Collateral materials such as sell sheets for issue months, media kit pages, and other distributed pieces as-needed
  • Provide overall direction and coordination of in-book projects such as branded content
  • Building up our digital properties on desktop, mobile, tablet; creating native advertising opportunities.
  • Provide oversight of remote-location Virtual Assistant for support of the sales team
  • Coordinate with other Marketing Staff to support event and alternate revenue streams

Growth Path:

  • Increased responsibilities and direct reports as Moffly Media continues to grow. Director title may be awarded.

Event Photographer | Marketing

Seeking small venue event photographer with ablility to capture overall event venue shots, detailed shots of significant sponsors, people photos with ID’s. Photo’s to be used in any and all publications and Moffly website. Events range from 100 -950 attendees. Greenwich based preferred.

Media Sales Specialist | Business Development

  • Be very familiar with the local and national markets
  • Possess impeccable presentation skills, an articulate telephone manner, and understanding why developing new business is essential for industry leaders.
  • Heavy warm and cold calling, setting up meetings and presenting the company's portfolio of media solutions.
  • Continuously working to build client relationships and manage pipelines and leads.
  • Candidates must be organized and computer literate to manage their work.
