Hear Gail Collins, help local women and girls, enjoy a great time
Gail Collins, the witty, insightful and provocative New York Times op ed columnist, author and women's historian, will be the keynote speaker at the Fairfield County Community Foundation's Fund for Women and Girls luncheon on April 8.
She'll sign her new book, "When Everything Changed: The Amazing Journey of American Women from 1960 to the Present," at the event, held at the Greenwich Hyatt Regency.
When you help a woman improve her life, you change the lives of her children, her extended family, her community and ultimately society.
The Fund for Women and Girls was established by the Fairfield County Community Foundation in 1998 to help Fairfield County's women and girls overcome obstacles and reach their potential.
Join us in celebrating all that's been accomplished -- and be inspired by what lies ahead. For more information, visit the Fairfield County Community Foundation website, email, or telephone 203-750-3200.
Special acknowledgment and gratitude to Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women for its generous support of the Fund for Women and Girls.
